Following the full integration of Naamche Inc. into reAlpha Tech Corp, I became part of the integrated reAlpha engineering team, continuing to work on proptech solutions, software products, and AI agents—aligned with reAlpha’s vision of elevating real estate through advanced technology, while taking on expanded responsibilities in an upgraded role.

While at Naamche Inc., I worked on reAlpha Tech Corp’s products as part of the integrated engineering team. I led the testing of all reAlpha’s proptech solutions, software products, and AI agents, including its flagship web app designed to provide a unified home-buying journey. Additionally, I managed QA and release processes for reAlpha’s Real Estate Super App, overseeing build validation, version control, and full App Store release management. My contributions also included setting up the CRM (GoHighLevel), implementing lead tracking through Mixpanel, and conducting comprehensive testing. I developed detailed test plans, test cases, and reports, and collaborated closely with the engineering team throughout the product lifecycle—from initiation to deployment—to strengthen overall software quality.

I facilitated collaboration with the business team, consultant doctors, healthcare professionals, and institutional clients—including government bodies and partner hospitals—through regular meetings, documentation, and progress reporting to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements. I managed timelines and deliverables for Mero Upachar HMIS by coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining smooth execution. Additionally, I led end-to-end QA for the Hospital Management System across web and mobile platforms, planning and executing functional, regression, and compatibility testing, documenting defects, and verifying fixes. To improve release quality, I implemented Selenium IDE automation, conducted performance testing with Apache JMeter, supported UAT, and streamlined QA workflows for timely, high-quality launches.
